Our program is designed to develop strategies and enable unemployed and underemployed Albertans to work towards and succeed in successful employment.
Skill Development
Bredin offers a variety of workshops including Job Search Techniques, Understanding the Labour Market, and Communication and Leadership Skills. In addition, you may be provided opportunities to pursue short-course certifications and acquire employment readiness incidentals when there is a direct requirement that leads to employment.
Employment Services
These services offer exposure to the Alberta labour market through the utilization of direct employment placement and supports and direct job matching.
Ongoing Support
Once employment is secured, we will continue to offer support with any challenges that arise in your new workplace to encourage sustainable success.
