Why CareerLaunch Workplace Training?
Finding and maintaining long-term employment can be challenging when you have limited skills or lack relevant work experience. With our no-cost, client-focused approach you can confidently bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
We offer personalized training and employment support designed to help you prepare and achieve sustainable employment in the current labour market. If you are unemployed and tired of doing the same job or looking to leverage your skillset to move up the ladder, find the support and assistance you need through CareerLaunch Workplace Training.
Our structured approach has been designed to integrate your skills with the job and employer requirements. This includes Career Research & Planning, Workplace Training, and Connection to Employers.
Career Research and Planning
Our program begins with a Skill Gap Analysis that identifies employment-related gaps. Your individualized training plan bridges these gaps by incorporating all your employment preparation needs including one-on-one sessions, job-specific training, and certifications.
Workplace Training
We will partner with employers who will onboard, train, and hire you for full-time permanent positions through paid Workplace Training opportunities. The type of Workplace Training opportunity will depend on your individualized training plan, competencies, employer needs, and their willingness to train and build your skills base further.
Connection to Employers
We maintain connections in multiple industries seeking employers looking to strengthen the labour market through workplace development. These employers provide opportunities to Albertans with different levels of skills to gain and retain permanent, full-time employment with fair wages.
