Gina Boucher is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta. Her professional credentials include Lean Green Belt Certification, Prosci Change Management training, and Everything DiSC certification. She is a proud member of CPA Alberta, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and Financial Executives International (FEI). She has successfully completed the Coaching Program at Adler Graduate Professional School and earned an Executive Coaching Certificate through Red Maple Coaching.
As the founder of Gina Boucher Coaching & Consulting Ltd., she partners with small and medium-sized organizations optimizing financial performance, develop and execute strategic plans, and oversee critical projects, including financial systems implementations. In her roles as Fractional CFO and Strategic Business Transformation Consultant, Gina drives strategic growth and enables sustainable transformation, ensuring organizations are well-positioned for long-term success.
Committed to community and professional development, Gina has served as a CPA Mentor with CPA Alberta since 2018. She is a Board Member of Bredin Centre for Career Advancement, where she also contributes as a member of the Finance and Audit Committee. Gina also serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Dynamyx Gymnastics Club.
Outside of work, Gina enjoys quality time with her husband and two children, embracing travel, camping, and golf. Originally from Montreal, she is fluent in French, adding a rich cultural dimension to her personal and professional life.
