PATH (Program to Assist the Homeless)


PATH is designed to assist individuals or families who are at imminent risk of losing their housing and individuals or families who are currently homeless for the first time.

Are You Facing the Risk of Homelessness?

Through individualized services, our Program to Assist the Homeless is intended to improve the self-sufficiency of homeless individuals and families and those at imminent risk of homelessness.

Housing Support

We will assist with applications for housing and lease agreements, provide housing financial assistance when appropriate, and provide move-in support and orientation to the neighborhood.

Day to Day Living

Our services connect individuals to Income Support, AISH, and employment options; assist with budgeting, personal management skill training; assist with rental maintenance and conduct visits in the home as needed.

Community Connections

Offering support and assistance to connect with a variety of resources throughout the community.
