Through step by step career planning, exposure courses, hands on practical training, work experience and supported job search, Bredin has developed a training program to meet the needs of any aspiring Line Cook.

We offer workshops that will help you develop important skills, including: Attitudes, Adaptability and Value of Safety, Introduction to Job Search, Industry Research, Cold Calls and Employment Standards, Resumes, Interview Skills, Practice Interviews, Cover Letters and References, Hidden Job Market, Networking and Portfolios.

Line Cook Training

Taught in our Classroom and Kitchen Facility, this training includes: Professionalism, Safety and Sanitation, Kitchen Operation and Preparation and Cooking.

Exposure Courses

We offer WHMIS Training, First Aid Training and Safe Food Handling.
