Carpenter

Bredin Centre for Learning is partnering with a stable construction company, specializing in commercial and residential construction to fill this key position for a General Carpenter.

Your Challenge:

  • The General Carpenter will be assisting with general carpentry, demolition, framing and dry-walling duties.

 Your Day to Day

  • Framing
  • Assist in finish carpentry
  • Drywall and taping
  • Cladding
  • Exterior finishes
  • Exterior windows and doors

The experience you bring:

  • 2 years of experience in construction
  • General carpentry experience is an asset
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good problem-solver
  • Ability to work independently

 Our benefits:

  • Hourly wage: $17.00/hour
  • On-the-job training will be provided
