Why we help people with Essential Skills
The Government of Canada has identified nine essential skills needed for the workplace. These skills are used in every job and provide the foundation for learning all other skills. In addition, they enable people to evolve within their jobs and adapt to workplace change.

Bredin has developed a number of programs to help increase essential skills in our Alberta labour force. Bredin will provide an assessment of your workplace essential skills and based on the results we will tailor a program that is individualized to your needs in order to enter your identified career option.
